What inspired you to start your business?

My work was born from observing highly capable women silence themselves. They knew they were competent, but they were conditioned to wait, soften or self-edit. After decades in executive leadership and coaching, I recognized that silence is often mischaracterized as humility when it is actually learned restraint.

I began this work to help women understand that their voice is not a liability—it is a leadership tool.

What was the first step to starting your business?

Clarity. I defined the problem I solve, the women I serve and the outcomes I deliver before focusing on visibility or branding.

What’s one mistake you made early on in your business, and what did you learn from it?

Trying to do too much at once. Focus multiplies impact faster than overextension.

How do you differentiate your company from other similar offerings?

What makes my work distinct is that I don’t rely on motivation alone. I equip women with practical frameworks for communication, leadership presence and decision-making grounded in lived experience and professional rigor. My approach blends strategy, depth and execution to help women lead authentically without shrinking or performing.

Many programs focus solely on confidence. My work emphasizes competence, communication and credibility. Confidence follows capability.

What excites you about your work?

Seeing women move from hesitation to authority.

What’s your proudest business milestone so far?

Becoming a TEDx speaker and coaching other leaders for the TEDx stage and watching those messages create real impact beyond the platform.

What’s a business myth you’d love to bust?

That visibility automatically equals influence. True influence is built on credibility, consistency and substance.

Who’s a female leader that inspires you?

Condoleezza Rice inspires me for her intellect, composure and disciplined leadership. She exemplifies what it looks like to lead with conviction and without performing. Her career reflects earned authority, grounded in competence, clarity and integrity—the standard I encourage women to pursue in their own leadership journeys.

What advice would you give to other female entrepreneurs?

Build mastery before scale. Protect your time as fiercely as your brand. Let your reputation work louder than your marketing.

You don’t need permission to lead, but you do need preparation. Excellence still matters. When your voice is rooted in truth and skill, it can shape conversations, rooms and results.
