Meet the author
Ilhiana Rojas Saldana is an executive and career transformation strategy coach, DEI catalyst, Hispanic advocate, bestselling author and international motivational speaker. She has over twenty years of global executive experience in top Fortune 500 companies in Mexico and US headquarters. While there, she coached professionals and businesses into success. Rojas Saldana has coached leaders of all levels and delivers impactful coaching programs to over 800 professionals across more than twenty organizations.
She has been the driving force in the launch of four women’s leadership development programs in Europe, LAM and the U.S. In addition to coaching, Rojas Saldana serves as chief development officer for ALPFA Boston Chapter, vice president of the RI Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, board member of the National Wellness Institute and board member of Diversity & Inclusion Professionals. She also serves as an advisor for the Network for Executive Women, Center for Women & Enterprise and Social Enterprise Greenhouse to support their DEI initiatives. Rojas Saldana graduated with honors as a Chemical Engineer in Mexico City. She lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two daughters.
