Mentoring at Startup Weekend Boston

“We are thrilled to announce Startup Weekend 2024! Our organizing team is working diligently to curate a vibrant environment. We want to not only sparks inspiration for entrepreneurs but also fosters meaningful collaboration and builds long-lasting connections. Join us for this action-packed weekend and embark on an exciting entrepreneurial journey with us,” said Enyu Rao, Entrepreneur in Residence at COSIMO Ventures and Lead Organizer of Techstars Startup Weekend in Boston.

As the anticipation builds for the second edition of Startup Weekend Boston, the organizing team and past participants reflect on the impact of the inaugural event that took place in September of 2023.

“I’ve been able to collaborate and get some great insights from the mentors. This helped the whole team think in a broader aspect and get the customer insights and understand the problem before building that solution,” said Deepanshi Bansal, Founder at Shine and a participant of Techstars Startup Weekend in 2023.

What to expect

At the heart of Techstars Startup Weekend is the belief that great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas, form teams and work intensively to develop a prototype, business model and pitch. The event not only accelerates the startup process but also cultivates a spirit of community, resilience and creativity.

Techstars Startup Weekend will become a biannual staple. It occurs both in the spring and the fall, ensuring that innovators have two opportunities each year to connect with like-minded individuals, industry experts and mentors and form collaborations that extend beyond the weekend itself.

“Some of these ideas are audacious. These people have literally just met, a number of hours ago. They are working together in a very collaborative way to bring them to life,” said Rachel Kossar, CEO at Virtual Sapiens and mentor at Techstars Startup Weekend in 2023.

This spring’s event will be a weekend-long celebration of ideas, collaboration and the entrepreneurial spirit. Visit startupweekend.boston for more information and to secure your spot.
