What is the podcast about?

The Wise Women Podcast highlights women (and the occasional man or non-binary person) who are living from a place of abundance and doing something creative. On this show, we take deep oceanic dives into spirituality, creativity, entrepreneurship and leadership. When you listen to this show, we hope you’ll feel like you’ve sat down on the couch with a cup of tea or coffee in hand for a heart-to-heart.

Biography

Alisha Wielfaert is an expert facilitator skilled in the art of gathering women for meaningful connection and deep dives into spirituality and creativity. She is the founder of Yoke and Abundance, a platform committed to amplifying the emerging voices of women through her wise women podcast, press publishing arm and individual and group coaching programs. Early in her career, Wielfaert spent 11 years as an award-winning internal wholesaler in the life insurance industry. While juggling a successful full-time job, she founded and ran Greensboro Downtown Yoga for five years, before selling it. Wielfaert has been an entrepreneur for ten years and has founded two successful businesses. In 2020, the Triad Business Journal named her to its 40 under 40 list.

Her first book, “Little Failures: Learning to Build Resilience Through Everyday Setbacks, Challenges, and Obstacles,” was published in May of 2022. Wielfaert is working on her second book, “Little Rituals,” to be published in the fall of 2023. In her spare time and stolen moments, Wielfaert loves watercolor painting. She is an avid traveler, writer and speaker who enjoys working with anyone with a propensity to take action toward their dreams.
