I learned how to create strategic alignment, build effective structures and processes and foster environments that empower teams to do their best work.
Most recently, I became a certified professional business coach. I understand how much thought and effort needs to go into building teams that can work through the toughest challenges and are motivated to continuously deliver excellent services.
