Karen Snow, CEO of Rose & Co. Capital, brings over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, capital markets and executive leadership. Before becoming CEO of Rose & Co. Capital, Ms. Snow most recently served as Global Head of Listings at Nasdaq. In that role, she oversaw more than 2,500 IPOs, direct listings, spin-offs and exchange switches, representing over $2.5 trillion in market capitalization.” Before joining Nasdaq, Ms. Snow was Managing Director, head of New York Equity Sales for Credit Suisse. She also previously served as a Board Member for Nasdaq Private Markets and was an Advisory Board Member for the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence.
