Rose & Co. Capital Advisors Appoints Karen Snow as Chief Executive Officer

Rose & Co. Capital, a corporate advisory firm, offers strategic counsel and tailored solutions to private and public companies. Recently, the firm announced the appointment of Karen Snow as CEO. Simon Rose will serve as Executive Chairman.

Karen Snow, CEO of Rose & Co. Capital, brings over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, capital markets and executive leadership. Before becoming CEO of Rose & Co. Capital, Ms. Snow most recently served as Global Head of Listings at Nasdaq. In that role, she oversaw more than 2,500 IPOs, direct listings, spin-offs and exchange switches, representing over $2.5 trillion in market capitalization.” Before joining Nasdaq, Ms. Snow was Managing Director, head of New York Equity Sales for Credit Suisse. She also previously served as a Board Member for Nasdaq Private Markets and was an Advisory Board Member for the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence. Ms. Snow has shared her insights with leading outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, CNBC and Bloomberg. In 2024, Forbes named her one of the 50/50 Most Accomplished Female Executives in Investing. In 2023, the World Federation of Exchanges honored her as an Outstanding Female Leader.
