There’s an infectious belief in small communities that keeps many people from ambitiously pursuing their goals because they think successful people making waves on a global scale have some secret formula they lack. Cait Scudder says nothing could be further from the truth.

Raised in Glens Falls, New York, Cait holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and Masters in Teaching from Smith College.
