Tell us about yourself and your business.
What makes my business one-of-a-kind is the way I blend performance, mindset and business strategy into every client experience. I guide women to create signature talks that are authentic, memorable and delivered with confidence. I show them how to leverage visibility to build authority, connect with their audience and grow their business.
My approach is heart-centered but results-driven. I help clients overcome fear, perfectionism and self-doubt so they can step into their full power, both on stage and in their lives. I love helping women realize that confident speaking is a learnable skill, not a trait you’re born with. Every stage can be a platform for personal and professional transformation.
How do you differentiate your company from other similar offerings?
Most speaking coaches focus on just one part of the process: refining the talk, improving delivery or helping clients find opportunities. I take a holistic approach. My coaching helps women craft compelling content, deliver it with confidence and find and pitch for the right stages, all while making sure the talk aligns with their business offer.
I coach women to inspire audiences and create talks that drive results. With my guidance, their speaking turns visibility into meaningful conversations and opportunities that can generate revenue. I start every process with both impact and ROI in mind. This ensures that my clients’ stage presence is a strategic tool for growth.

What inspired you to start your business?
Starting my business came after the birth of my triplets and my move from Brazil back to the U.S. This was one of the most challenging seasons of my life. What began as life coaching and motivation to encourage myself evolved into a passion for empowering women entrepreneurs to amplify their voices. I realized that helping women clarify their message, show up with confidence and turn their visibility into impact was my true calling. Now I get to pay it forward, guiding others to own the stage, their story and their power.
What was the first step to starting your business?
The first step to starting my business began while I was working in network marketing. About 18 months in, I realized I wanted to sell my own services, not someone else’s. That’s when I transitioned into coaching.
I quickly discovered that visibility and marketing were my true strengths. I was never afraid or tired of showing up consistently. As clients and peers began to notice and commend my approach, I knew this was the direction I was meant to focus on.

What’s one mistake you made early on in your business, and what did you learn from it?
One mistake I made early on in my business was investing a significant amount in a high-ticket program that promised rapid sales before my messaging and positioning were ready. It felt exciting at the time, but I ended up leaving jaded and frustrated. I learned that no program or strategy can replace having a clear, authentic message and understanding how to connect with your audience. That experience taught me to use clarity, confidence and authenticity as the foundation for everything I do.
What excites you about your work?
What excites me most about my work is getting to reassure women that their story is powerful and impactful. It’s never too basic, too dramatic or “not enough.” I love guiding them through the process of crafting their signature talk like solving a puzzle. We find the key pieces of their story, test different ways of putting them together and watch it transform into a masterpiece. Seeing their message land, create breakthroughs for their audience and open doors for meaningful connections is incredibly rewarding.

What’s a business myth you’d love to bust?
A business myth I’d love to bust is the idea that you should keep your hobbies, passions or creative side separate from your business — that people don’t care or that it’s not “professional.” I’ve found the opposite to be true. Bringing all of yourself, including your creativity, is what makes your work stand out and connects you to your audience. I’ve experienced it firsthand. By embracing my full self as a performer in my business, I’ve been able to help clients unlock a new level on stage, amplify their message and show up with authenticity and confidence. Your uniqueness isn’t a distraction. It’s your greatest asset.
What’s your proudest business milestone so far?
One of my proudest business milestones has been supporting more than 30 women within just 12 months to craft their signature talk and deliver it with confidence. Seeing them step onto stages, own their message and connect authentically with their audience has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a constant reminder of why I do this work.

Who’s a female entrepreneur that inspires you?
Honestly, my clients inspire me. They come from different backgrounds and industries and have incredible stories of resilience, creativity and determination. I feel privileged to sometimes be the first to hear about the challenges and milestones that brought them to where they are today. It’s a reminder of the courage and brilliance women bring to their businesses every day.
What advice would you give to other female entrepreneurs?
First, always connect your marketing, messaging and visibility efforts directly to your offer. Too often, women put a lot of energy into content, talks or social media without a clear path to the next step for their audience. Once my clients clarify their message, craft a signature talk and intentionally connect it to their business offer, they not only inspire their audience but also create tangible opportunities and sales.
Second, storytelling is a powerful tool. Share your journey, your lessons and your wins in a way that resonates with your audience. Always guide them to the next step in the conversation. Aligning your visibility with your business strategy turns every talk, post or appearance into a meaningful touchpoint that grows your impact and revenue.
