June’s Top Grants & Accelerators: Your Path to Growth

With summer now here, June is an excellent time for entrepreneurs to find funding and boost their growth! This curated list presents a variety of grants and accelerator programs with deadlines this month. These opportunities offer significant support for small businesses, women-led ventures and specific communities. Whether you need capital for inventory, a new vehicle or comprehensive business assistance, there’s likely an option that fits your needs in this June funding roundup.

Progressive Driving Small Business Forward

The Progressive Driving Small Business Forward program helps U.S.-based for-profit businesses (excluding U.S. territories) who:

  • Have 10 or fewer employees and less than $5M in annual gross revenue
  • Demonstrate a clear need for a commercial vehicle to operate and grow their business
  • Are not independent contractors whose primary work is in rideshare or food delivery services 

By offering funding for a commercial vehicle and access to a virtual Boost Camp coaching program. It recognizes the vital role reliable transportation plays in business operations and growth. This program offers $50,000 towards a commercial vehicle for a total of 20 businesses.

Beyond the funding, recipients also get into a virtual 12-week accelerator, called Boost Camp. This program  features a mix of weekly educational guides, expert speaker sessions, workshops and live Q&A sessions to support the selected companies. 

Deadline: June 20, 2025

Awesome Foundation Grants

The Awesome Foundation Grants awards $1,000 grants to individuals and groups looking to fund projects such as:

  • Amplify Black Women – Wellness Day Series in Sydney, which promotes well-being for Black women.
  • WaterWalkers, an On the Water project.
  • Anchor Bank and Trust in Gloucester, MA, an initiative focused on community banking.

Many chapters exist across the globe and most chapters accept applications on a rolling monthly basis.

Deadline: Rolling monthly (check specific chapter for deadline).

Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards

The Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards is a global contest specifically for women-led businesses, recognizing and funding talented impact entrepreneurs who are leveraging business as a force for good. Winners receive between $100,000 for first place, $60,000 for second place and $30,000 for third place.

Deadline: June 24, 2025

IFundWomen Honeycomb Celebration Grants

IFundWomen is a crowdfunding platform and grant resource. The Honeycomb Celebration Grant, an initiative from IFW by Honeycomb Credit, offers $2,500 in funding for entrepreneurs ready to take a meaningful next step in their business. This grant aims to provide capital to support business growth, whether for launching new initiatives, investing in marketing, or improving operational sustainability. This grant is open to all small business owners and entrepreneurs, regardless of industry, location, or business stage. It welcomes brick-and-mortar or online businesses, product- or service-based entrepreneurs, creatives, consultants, makers and founders from all communities and sectors.

Deadline: June 27, 2025

Amber Grant Foundation

The Amber Grant Foundation consistently awards multiple grants throughout the year to selected women entrepreneurs. It offers a monthly total of $30,000 Amber Grant, which includes various $10,000 category grants. Applications for these grants are accepted on a rolling basis. There is also a $25,000 year-end grant.

Deadline: June 30, 2025 (for June consideration)

Galaxy Grant (by Hidden Star)

The Galaxy Grant by Hidden Star is open to women and minority business owners, offering $3,500 in funding. Hidden Star aims to close the gap in access to capital for underserved entrepreneurial communities. The Galaxy Grant supports a wide range of business needs to foster growth and sustainability for these vital businesses.

Deadline: June 30, 2025

Verizon Small Business Digital Ready Grant

The Verizon Small Business Digital Ready Grant is open to small businesses, with women-owned businesses highly encouraged to apply. It requires completing courses, coaching sessions, or community events on their platform to be eligible for the $10,000 grant. 50 small businesses will be awarded after applications are received and reviewed.

Deadline: June 30, 2025

Hustler’s MicroGrant (by Deja Vu Parker & HerSuiteSpot)

The Hustler’s MicroGrant supports passionate entrepreneurs, including women in their small business ventures and offers $1,000 each month. HerSuiteSpot is dedicated to empowering women through resources, mentorship and financial assistance. This grant provides crucial early-stage capital for burgeoning businesses.

Deadline: June 30th. These grants are awarded at the end of each month.

WBENCPitch Competitions (Various Regional Partners)

The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) offers a series of pitch competitions through its regional partners. While deadlines vary by region and some earlier June deadlines may have passed, it’s worth checking your specific regional WBENC partner for late June interest forms or upcoming pitch opportunities.

The WBENCPitch program offers pitch competitions and educational sessions for women-owned businesses. Participants can compete for grants and other prizes. These prizes include $25,000 for the first-place winner in the Product Company Division and another $25,000 for the first-place winner in the Service Company Division. Additionally, the runner-up in each division receives complimentary registration for the 2026 WBENC National Conference.
