On May 1, 2015, Innovation Women launched with a focus on tech and entrepreneurial women. Over the years, the mission has evolved to a much broader diversity mission, including other underrepresented voices. “I started Innovation Women because of the lack of diverse voices at conferences. We offer speakers a community and the educational resources needed to be successful onstage and in professional settings,” said Bobbie Carlton, founder.
