More than a bursary grant of $100,000 USD, the Rose Project is a symbol of empowerment, resilience and hope. They are Eunice Maia from Portugal, Jennifer Seifert and Karol Ivanna Aceves Flores from Mexico, Sarah Kandolo from South Africa and Yarett Piñeiro from Puerto Rico. The future of the Rose Project

The Rose Project is more than just a financial reward; it’s a platform for change and empowerment. Through this initiative, Häagen-Dazs aims to shine a spotlight on these unsung heroes and inspire others to follow in their footsteps. In addition to the bursary grant, Häagen-Dazs also commits to supporting women’s charities across the UK, Taiwan and India. Häagen-Dazs celebrated International Women’s Day with free scoop giveaways of the Founder’s Favorite vanilla ice cream across Europe, Asia and Latin America. These giveaways honor all women who dare to dream, just like Rose Mattus did when she co-founded Häagen-Dazs.
