What is the podcast about?
This podcast is all about inspiring people to “up-level” their lives. Although there’s an emphasis on health, there are so many areas of life that have an impact on our physical health. This includes stress management (see the episode on EFT) and even organizing your home. I love interviewing experts in their field and connecting them with my audience so that they can implement the tips and tricks shared and truly up-level their lives.
