Biography

Alisha Leytem is a Well-Being Consultant, Certified Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher and Meditation Guide. She combines her passions for healthy living, mindfulness and authentic leadership to guide others in creating lasting changes for their physical, mental and spiritual growth. Leytem founded Alisha Leytem Wellness in 2018 and authored a book, The Six G.O.L.D. Keys to Well-Being, which was recently published in Spring 2022. To support personal and organizational growth, Leytem designs and facilitates unique wellness offerings including well-being strategies for corporations and teams and founded Resilient Reset: Your Well-Being Promotion, a coaching program and community for professionals.
