Shaara Roman is the award-winning founder and CEO of The Silverene Group, a culture consulting firm that aligns people, strategy, and culture to optimize organizational performance. Roman uses her global experience to craft and improve workplace culture across the public, private and non-profit sectors. She received an MBA from Georgetown University, where she is also an adjunct professor. Roman lives with her husband, two children and their dog in Arlington, Virginia.
