Not everyone is lucky enough to work at a great company, let alone one led by a remarkable woman leader. If you do, it’s time to celebrate it!
For the second year, Innovation Women and employee survey company Energage are partnering to spotlight woman-led organizations with standout workplace cultures. The Woman-Led Top Workplaces award recognizes thriving companies with women in their highest executive roles – organizations that don’t always get the visibility they deserve.
Who’s eligible for Woman-Led Top Workplaces?
To qualify, organizations must:
- Have 150 or more employees.
- Be led by a woman in the highest-ranking executive role. (If the top role is shared, at least 50 percent of the leadership must be held by women.)
- Operate in the United States.
- Be a public company, private business, nonprofit, school or government agency.
Anyone can submit a nomination, and there’s no cost to enter. Nominations are open now through June 6th, 2025.
What happens after nominations?
Qualifying companies invite their employees to complete a confidential, 25-question survey that determines the award results. This is conducted by Energage, which runs Top Workplaces programs in over 65 U.S. markets, and, in the past year, surveyed over two million employees at over 8,000 companies.
Winners will be featured in Lioness Magazine and included in the 2025 directory of Woman-Led Top Workplaces.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a distinctive mark of excellence, setting companies apart in a recognizable way,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “Top Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, should be a point of immense pride.”
If you know a company that deserves a moment in the spotlight, don’t keep it a secret. Nominate a woman-led workplace today!
