Cheryl Ronzoni Joins The Lioness Group As Chief Marketing Officer

Cheryl A. (Gorski) Ronzoni recently joined the staff of The Lioness Group, which includes digital publication Lioness Magazine, as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Ronzoni has worked in nonprofit management and communications for more than 16 years, most notably serving as the former Executive & Program Director for the CHD Cancer House of Hope for seven years. She was the Associate Area Director for the Western Mass Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and worked previously as a staff member of the former Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield, Inc., now known as the Springfield Regional Chamber.  Her background includes marketing, communications and fundraising. Ronzoni has also worked part-time locally as a freelance writer.

She will help us fine-tune our brand and strengthen our marketing message both internally and externally,” Lioness CEO Dawn Leaks said. “Cheryl has an excellent reputation in the business community and we are absolutely thrilled to have her as well as her immeasurable skills and talents join the Lioness family.”

A native of Elizabeth, N.J. and a current resident of Westfield, Ronzoni earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Baystate Health Foundation and the Board of Directors for Springfield School Volunteers. She was a recipient of the Western Mass. Women’s Magazine’s Top 5 Women in Business Award in 2010.
