Women Grow, LLC, the cannabis industry’s largest professional networking organization, is poised to welcome thousands back to Denver for its Fourth Annual Leadership Summit from Feb. 1–2, at the Westin Denver Downtown.

Women Grow’s Annual Leadership Summit—the largest gathering of cannabis industry women anywhere—brings together current and aspiring cannabis industry leaders to the Mile High City to get connected, educated, and empowered. With this year’s theme of “Change—Transition—Evolution, the 2018 Leadership Summit opens on Feb. 1 with its signature “lightning talks,” a TED-style type presentation designed to showcase thought leaders in the many facets of business and within the cannabis industry. Friday’s program will introduce Women Grow’s new multi-level tracks of Panels Discussions, Workshops and Experiences. The Experiences track allows participants to have hands-on demonstrations, from cooking with cannabis  to creating personalized, CBD-infused body care products.

This year the production of Summit will be brought to market with mostly women-led or women-owned businesses.

“‘Women Will Lead’ is a phrase you will often hear in the Women Grow network, and there is no bigger or better opportunity than Summit to put that term into action,” says Kristina “Kay” Garcia, CEO of Women Grow. “From our event producer, vendors and suppliers, to business services like our public relations and speaker coaching team and more, we are so proud to make this year’s Summit a mostly women-led event.  These women are excellent examples of what we contribute to this industry.”

This year’s Summit is expected to have an inclusive roster of speakers covering areas from technology, marketing, operations, advocacy, and caregiving to product development. These speakers will grace the stage with personal stories from brand building to challenges to industry discovery.  This unique two-day event is like none other in the industry.  Women Grow brings almost 60 speakers to this year’s two-day Summit, with a celebratory reception at the close of day one.

All events will be held at The Westin Denver Downtown, centrally located at 1672 Lawrence Street, Denver, CO.
