From rising professionals to seasoned executives and entrepreneurs, women are coming together this June in Chicago for Thrive in 2025, a leadership event designed to create lasting impact. The conference is hosted by Natalie Benamou, founder of HerCsuite® and host of Women Leaders on the Move. This immersive experience runs June 25–28, 2025, and offers more than a traditional conference.
The three days of programming include a full year of support and growth. Attendees receive access to a national network of executive women, personalized coaching and year-round visibility opportunities.
Featured keynote speaker Erin Gallagher, Founder and CEO of Ella and Hype Women Movement, a recognized advocate for gender equity, will deliver “Karma is the New Currency.” Gallagher is known for sparking action and conversation around leadership, voice and real change.
