The Inside Edition: November Is Coaching, Mental Wellness & More

You know we’re all about serving the complete entrepreneur here at Lioness. Of course, there’s the business part of startup life — capital and team and scale and such — but there’s the inside stuff we have to cater to as well. While you’re building your business, you’re also managing the fear, the worry, the guilt, the doubt, the stress, the emotional highs and lows. It would almost seem so not worth it if your dreams weren’t dangling at the end of it, if each hurdle you cleared didn’t bring the indescribable pride that spurs you on toward your next feat.

So in November, during the month of gratefulness and giving thanks, we’re focusing on our inner entrepreneur, doing a check-in on our emotional and mental wellness. We’re going to explore strategies, opinions and stories of other female entrepreneurs just like you who are doing the necessary inner work that it takes to thrive.

Going Inside …

We’ll have experts like Voice Coach Alicia Dara explaining what the tone of our voices reveals about us and why it takes getting to the root of ourselves to speak with power. We’ll reminisce on important issues such as:

It’ll never be a “one and done” type of scenario. We’ll always struggle to balance the external duties with the internal necessities. However, it helps to know that you’re not alone. There’s a whole pride of Lionesses here with you in the fight. As you take time to focus on your needs and where you’re at in your emotional and mental wellness journey, share your thoughts and ideas with another woman who understands what you’re going through.

We’re here for you. What’s your biggest emotional or mental wellness challenge this month as you slog through the work of running your business? Tell us in the comments section below and let’s be here for one another.

Until next time …

Rock your day,
