Dani Felt, CEO of Creative Spotlights, and Co-Founder Emily Correa, a certified life/business coach and CEO of  Vida Linda Coaching, just released new paperback book, “In the Spotlight: Over 100 Voices in Music,” after almost two years of extensive research, compilation and design work.

“Our mission is to provide a truly inspirational resource of life, marketing and career advice for the music artist to stay inspired and make the best, smartest business moves,” Felt said.

The book is part advice, part marketing lessons, part story of an aspiring artist (Felt) and the creation of Creative Spotlights and part a coaching tool for music artists guided by a licensed coach (Correa)  who “traveled the artist journey herself,” it is an inspirational guide to the music industry by those who are in it. It features interviews with various industry professionals and is geared toward music students in high school and college, indie artists and labels, and DIY artists looking to get some help on marketing strategy. It also gives these audiences insider access to the perspectives of music industry veterans.

As a special bonus, a free digital copy of their first chapter titled “Inspiration” is downloadable here, you can find the hyperlinked music videos & fan pages of featured indie music artists next to their “sound bite.”

This book is available on Amazon.
