Gameday Couture swam with the sharks on ABC’s hit show “Shark Tank” back in December 2014 when they pitched their women’s fan apparel fashion brand, a high fashion gameday clothing line.
The duo received a key investment of $500,000 from billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban to help fund future growth.
Since the show aired Gameday Couture’s business has flourished. This Friday, April 22 their follow up segment will air at 8 p.m. CST on Season 7 of ABC’s Shark Tank, giving an update on what has happened with their company since the deal.
Their update segment highlights the company’s new partnership with the NBA and their expansion of women’s products to all 30 teams. It follows the couple as they meet with Cuban in his underground bunker at the American Airlines Center to discuss growing their company to 25 million in sales.
“We are truly blessed to be sitting in such a valuable situation with such a strong mentor and investor behind us,” remarked Shawnna Feddersen, founder and CEO. “We have sacrificed a lot to build this company with integrity and class, and to have a partner like Mark to back it is beyond what we could ever have imagined after walking into the tank.”
The company currently offers a variety of collections in over 700 stores throughout the U.S., including department stores, better boutiques and gift stores, sporting good and fan shops, and on their retail website: www.gamedaycouture.com. In addition, the company also offers a variety of private label services to an undisclosed client list throughout the country.
