Get an accountability partner.

If you’ve been working to find solutions to the obstacles between you and your desired outcome, giving a monthly check-in report to your accountability partner is a breeze. It keeps you on track and it gives you a sense of progress.

However, if you haven’t had the time (which is baloney) to work on anything, admitting that you haven’t lifted a finger is embarrassing. Anyone who says they are too busy to move their business forward should not be in business.

Determine a check-in schedule with your accountability person. Once per month keeps you at a good pace.
