If you have a great workplace, this is your chance to shout about it. Earn recognition as a Woman-Led Top Workplace.
Innovation Women and Lioness Magazine, in partnership with employee survey company Energage, will honor high-quality workplace cultures this year. Any U.S.-based organization with 150 or more employees that is led by a woman is eligible to earn Woman-Led Top Workplaces recognition. (To qualify, the most senior position in the company must be filled by a woman.)
Winners will be published in Lioness Magazine. The nomination deadline is August 12. Anyone can nominate any organization, whether it is public, private, non-profit, or a school. Even government agencies are eligible.
To nominate an employer or for more information on the awards, just go to lionessmagazine.com/womanled.
There is no cost to participate. To qualify as a Woman-Led Top Workplace, employees are asked to evaluate their workplace. They respond to a 25-question survey that takes just a few minutes to complete. The surveys must be completed by September 2.
Energage, the Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide. The company has surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.
“Top Workplaces awards are a celebration of good news,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “They exemplify the significance of a people-first workplace experience, reminding us that employees are the heart of any thriving organization.”
