Biography
Nesha Pai is the founder of Pai CPA, PLLC, a fully remote bookkeeping firm in Charlotte, NC. Starting her firm in February 2011, Nesha was one of the first in the industry to create a fully remote office model. Additionally, she provided employment opportunities, primarily to stay-at-home moms. As a single mom and sole owner, Nesha grew her business from one client at her kitchen table to over 72 clients, generating revenues in the multiple six digits.
In January 2020, she published her book, Overcoming Ordinary Obstacles, which won the Multicultural Non-Fiction category at the 2020 American Book Fest competition. Nesha actively inspires women and entrepreneurs as an international speaker, encouraging them to boldly pursue the life of their dreams. Through her work, she helps them cultivate the right tools to overcome obstacles.
Nesha is a recent breast cancer survivor. She was named one of the Top 50 Influential Women in The Mecklenburg Times, one of Charlotte’s biggest media publications.
