In this episode, we turn the mic on co-host and fempreneur Tera Wozniak Qualls. Tera’s entrepreneurial journey began in the nonprofit sector where in addition to her full-time gig, she founded and led the Grand Rapids chapter of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network. She has built four different companies, written a book, became a realtor in less than a month (including the testing) and is currently managing a handful of business ventures. Tera shares a bit about her journey and her hopes for the future of Lean the F*ck Out.

Co-Host Tera Wozniak QuallsTera is Chief Operating Officer of Esquire Realty Group. In work and in life, Tera is goddess of all planning. It is rare to find her without her trusty bullet journal where she is quietly plotting world domination. Tera is married to her best friend and master brewer, Rob, and they have two young boys. Their family lives in West Michigan.
