The book was inspired because the litany of negative images of women that are forced in front of her teenage daughter and her friends like non-talented reality TV stars, Instagram models and more. The book isn’t just a book to be read, but it is also a workbook with dedicated space at the end of each chapter for readers to take notes and make individual assessments on how to improve their own lives.
