“Unstoppable!” is this year’s theme for the 12th Annual Women in Business Summit. Set for April 21 at Travelers Claim University in Windsor, Conn, headliners include Wicked Good Cupcakes Cofounders Tracey Noonan and Danielle Vigalie, Ana Grace Project Founder Nelba Márquez-Greene, MassMutual Life Insurance Company’s Selette Jemison and ESPN’s Adrienne J. Lawrence.
By providing a day of discussion on topics related to leadership; money management, personal development and entrepreneurship, the WIB Summit serves as an interactive forum to assist women in achieving their career and personal goals. Attendees have the opportunity to grow their network by interacting with professionals from across different industries.
Honorees include Alphie Aiken, president of Junior Achievement, Jamaica, West Indies, who will receive the WIB Summit Community Excellence Award and Courtney Scalara who will receive the WIB Summit Youth Leadership Award. A portion of the ticket sales to the event will be donated to Junior Achievement of Southwest New England.
