LivEasy, the Small Business Marketing App, Targets Local Consumers With Exclusive Deals

LivEasy provides benefits to both merchants and their customers. Local businesses gain access to a powerful, effective platform for connecting with new customers and building loyalty. Consumers, meanwhile, enjoy saving money while also knowing that money they do spend remains in the local economy. Indeed, the platform is specifically designed for local businesses; users will never see a deal for a national or multinational business on the app.

LivEasyLaunched in June, LivEasy has been dubbed “The App Store of Life.” A local deals app offering discounts of up to 70% off at participating merchants, LivEasy is available for both iOS and Android.

“We built LivEasy with the goal of helping local small businesses get more customers through the door, while also helping those customers save a few dollars in the process,” explained Co-founder and CEO Philip Mansour. “There’s no reason to spend thousands of dollars on a sophisticated ad campaign when LivEasy gives businesses all the tools they need to reach their audience for a fraction of the cost.”

LivEasy provides benefits to both merchants and their customers. Local businesses gain access to a powerful, effective platform for connecting with new customers and building loyalty. Unlike other hyper-local marketing platforms, LivEasy takes no share of the profits from completed deals. Instead, consumers pay only .99 cents for an in-app purchase to lock in a deal. The deal itself is transacted at the merchant’s establishment. Ultimately, this fee structure works out better for both users and merchants.

Merchants can try LivEasy for up to 60 days free of charge, more than enough time to determine whether the platform has profit potential. After the first 60 days, merchants pay only a monthly fee; there’s no commitment or contract to sign. Creating a deal takes only a few minutes and requires no tech knowledge whatsoever. If a business owner should need assistance in placing his or her first deal, LivEasy provides live chat support.

Regular deals on LivEasy expire after no more than 15 days. Merchants seeking greater exposure can create a “featured” deal or a “deal of the day.” Featured deals become part of a list of other local deals for seven days; deals of the day earn the top spot on the appropriate sub-category page. Merchants can place one regular deal at a time but can always add a featured deal or deal of the day.

Accurate tracking is key to any marketing campaign. LivEasy provides merchants with just the right tools to see what works and what doesn’t. The app tracks views, lock-ins and redemptions via a unique code. Merchants can see this data in real time and even send messages to customers who’ve locked in a deal.

Mansour added: “We recommend extending a 50% off or better deal for the first few deals, which helps grab the attention of potential customers. After all, getting a new customer to enter the store is typically the biggest hurdle any small business faces.”

The founders of LivEasy envision their app launching globally in the near future. They’re confident that word of mouth will help the app grow exponentially once merchants and their customers experience the cost-saving benefits of LivEasy.
